LAIHONG Three-Shaft Multifunctional High-Power Mixer is driven by a power unit, rotating in a fixed direction. During this rotation, it causes the materials to move both axially and radially. Inside the mixer, the materials undergo both axial and circular movements, generating several types of mixing actions, including shear mixing and diffusive mixing. This results in highly efficient and rapid mixing and blending of materials.
The dispersion disc operates at high speeds, creating a ring-shaped flow of materials that forms strong vortices. The materials spiral downward, colliding and rubbing intensely, which facilitates rapid dispersion and dissolution. The mixing disc’s circular motion creates an enhanced radial effect, accelerating material circulation and improving dispersion efficiency.
The hydraulic lift mixer uses a hydraulic pump to drive the hydraulic piston up and down, which in turn moves the entire transmission mechanism and working group for lifting and lowering operations.
High Mixing Efficiency and Wide Application Range
LAIHONG three-shaft multifunctional high-performance dispersing mixer consists of a wall-scraping mixer and two sets of high (or medium) speed dispersing mixers. The simultaneous operation of the three sets of mixers provides strong shearing and mixing effects, achieving rapid and efficient material blending. With diverse agitator designs, the mixer can be optimized to meet the requirements of materials with different viscosities, densities, and production processes.
Convenient and Safe Operation
The equipment uses an oil cylinder as a lifting actuator, with a control valve to manage the rise, stop, and fall of the working head. This ensures simple operation and high stability. The mixing blades are fixed to the main shaft with bolts, allowing for easy disassembly, replacement, and cleaning. Additionally, the device offers different clamping mechanisms (belt, manual, or pneumatic) to securely fix the mixing tank, preventing displacement during operation and ensuring safety.
No Material Residue on Walls, Clean Discharge
The mixer is equipped with a scraping blade that closely adheres to the tank wall, scraping material off as it rotates. The tank wall is finely processed with a vertical lathe and polished by an automatic polishing machine, ensuring that the rotating scraper removes all material from the wall. This eliminates material retention, improving mixing efficiency.
