Working Principle
The dispersion disc operates at high speed, causing the material to form a ring-shaped flow and generating a strong vortex. This vortex spirals downward to the bottom, where intense shear, impact, and friction occur between particles, enabling rapid dispersion and dissolution.The PTFE wall scraper rotates tightly against the barrel wall, effectively scraping off material from the walls. This eliminates material adhesion issues and accelerates material circulation.A hydraulic pump drives the hydraulic plunger for lifting and lowering, moving the entire transmission mechanism, working unit, and sealed lid. During operation, the barrel lid and the cylinder achieve an airtight seal. Combined with the vacuum system, this ensures effective vacuum dispersion.

It also includes a sanitary-grade manhole for cleaning and feeding operations.
