Planetary Mixer
The industry-standard machine for medium to high-viscosity adhesives and sealants. Two planetary blades rotate on their own axes while revolving around the vessel — passing through every point in the product zone in just 36 revolutions, ensuring complete, uniform mixing with no dead zones. Handles viscosities up to 6 million cps when equipped with HV blades. Vacuum degassing removes entrapped air that would otherwise compromise bond strength and shelf stability.

Multi-Shaft Mixer
For high-solids adhesive pastes and sealants that require both bulk movement and high-shear dispersion simultaneously. The multi-shaft mixer combines a high-speed dispersing disc with a low-speed anchor agitator — the anchor continuously feeds dense, viscous material toward the disperser blade, eliminating dead zones and ensuring thorough incorporation of fillers and additives in highly viscous formulations.

Sigma Kneader
For semi-solid and non-flowing adhesive compounds — including hot melt adhesives, rubber-based cements, high-filler epoxy pastes and reactive adhesive compounds — the sigma kneader delivers the intensive kneading and shearing force needed to fully incorporate solid fillers, homogenize rubber polymers, and produce a uniform, consistent compound that cannot be processed in a conventional planetary or multi-shaft mixer.
