High Dispersion Efficiency and Superior Product Quality

The equipment achieves a maximum rotational speed of 2930 rpm (up to 1450 rpm for high-power models) with a linear velocity exceeding 20 m/s, enabling rapid and uniform dispersion of powder into liquid materials. Due to the extremely high shear force applied, the material is evenly dispersed, resulting in an excellent suspension effect.

TheConvenient and Safe Operation

The system utilizes an oil cylinder as the lifting actuator, controlled via a valve to raise, stop, or lower the disperser with ease. This design ensures simple operation and high stability. The dispersing disc is securely fixed to the main shaft with hexagonal bolts, allowing for quick and easy disassembly, replacement, and cleaning. Different dispersing discs can be swapped as needed to achieve optimal dispersion performance. The device is equipped with various clamping methods, including belt, handwheel, and pneumatic clamps, enabling quick fixation of mixing tanks. This prevents tank displacement during operation and ensures safe use.

Flexible Configurations

With a compact structure, the equipment is available in both floor-mounted and platform-mounted designs. The tank can be customized as either movable or fixed, catering to different operational requirements.
