45kW Dual-Shaft High-Speed Disperser (Fully Explosion-Proof)

A 45kW dual-shaft high-speed disperser with SS304 shaft discs, dust cover, hydraulic lifting and 0-1500 RPM variable speed control. Fully explosion-proof motor and control cabinet make it suitable for paint, ink, resin and pigment paste dispersion in flammable production environments. Dual-shaft operation doubles batch efficiency in a single tank.

The LRMIX 45kW Dual-Shaft High-Speed Disperser is built for coating, ink and resin manufacturers who need fast, uniform dispersion at production scale. With SS304 stainless steel shaft discs, a synchronized dual-shaft design, and a fully explosion-proof motor and control cabinet, this high-speed disperser handles water-based and solvent-based formulations safely and efficiently.

A High-Efficiency Dispersion Solution for Paint & Ink Manufacturers

This disperser uses a dual-shaft drive with interchangeable SS304 dispersion discs, matched to a stepless 0–1500 RPM variable frequency drive for full control from low-speed pre-mixing to high-shear dispersion. The motor and control cabinet are both explosion-proof rated, meeting safety requirements for flammable, solvent-based production environments — making it a reliable choice for water-based and solvent-based coatings, inks, resins and pigment pastes.

Common Challenges in Industrial Dispersion

Powder Agglomeration
Pigments and fillers clump when added to liquid; ordinary mixing cannot break up the agglomerates, slowing down downstream grinding.
Single-Shaft Capacity Bottleneck
Single-shaft dispersers limit throughput in large-batch production, with long downtime for material change and cleaning.
Safety Risk with Solvents
Volatile solvents demand strict explosion-proof ratings; standard motors and cabinets pose fire risks.
Inflexible Speed Control
Manual lifting lacks precision, and fixed speeds cannot adapt to dispersion needs across varying viscosities.

Why Choose This High-Speed Disperser

Dual-Shaft Synchronized Dispersion
Two shafts working simultaneously significantly raise per-batch output — ideal for high-volume paint and ink production.
Fully Explosion-Proof Design
Motor and control cabinet are both explosion-proof rated, for safe operation in solvent-based, flammable environments.
SS304 Shaft & Disc
Contact parts are made of SS304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance, easy cleaning and reduced cross-contamination.
Hydraulic Lift + 0–1500 RPM
Smooth hydraulic lifting combined with stepless variable speed lets one machine handle both pre-mixing and high-shear dispersion.

How Does a High-Speed Disperser Work?

1. Loading — Material is fed into the tank through the dust cover to minimize airborne powder.
2. Hydraulic Positioning — The hydraulic system lowers the dispersion shafts to the set depth, with both shafts synchronized.
3. High-Shear Dispersion — Variable-speed motors drive the toothed dispersion discs at up to 1500 RPM, generating intense shear and turbulence that rapidly wets and disperses powder into the liquid phase.
4. Discharging — After dispersion, the shafts are hydraulically raised and the finished slurry is discharged through the bottom valve for the next grinding or formulation stage.

FAQ

Can this disperser handle solvent-based materials?

Yes. The motor and control cabinet are fully explosion-proof, meeting safety standards for flammable production environments.

What’s the advantage of dual-shaft over single-shaft?

Synchronized dual shafts shorten dispersion time and raise per-batch output, especially for high-volume production.

Can the dispersion disc be changed for different viscosities?

Yes, discs can be swapped for different tooth profiles depending on the process requirement.

Can tank volume be customized?

Yes, tank volume and shaft length can be customized to your capacity requirements.
